Library cards will be issued to Plainview-Old Bethpage School District residents ONLY.

Your borrower card is your patron I.D. and is used for all transactions.

There is no charge for new registrations.

There is a $1.00 fee for a replacement card.

Cards are issued during the following times:

Monday - Friday  9:30 am - 8:30 pm
Saturday  9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday  1:00 pm - 8:30 pm

You will need two forms of identification - Picture I.D. and Proof of Residence. Examples of acceptable identification:

PICTURE I.D.

-Non-Driver I.D.
-Nassau County Golden Age Card
-Student I.D.
-Passport
-Alien Registration Card

-Pay Check Stub (current)

-NYS Motor Vehicle Registration
-Children: Bus Pass/School Mail
